This brand new apartment has a modern interior with superking size bed in the master bedroom, an additional bedroom that can be configured as a double or twin bedded room, sumptuous linens, large flatscreen TV and Bose sound system, flatscreen TVs in bedrooms, free broadband WiFi, free telephone (local and national calls), and lots more!
The property also has an open plan kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, etc.), lounge and dining room, and two Villeroy & Boch bathrooms. Private parking is also provided free of charge but, if you prefer to come by train, the apartment is only a short walk from Kendal's railway station.

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
- Rentals run Friday to Friday during the season. Out of season, changeover days may be Mondays or Fridays allowing guests to enjoy short breaks (from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) at 60% of the weekly rate. Christmas and New Year dates may vary each year, depending on when they fall.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price (or £100, whichever is greater) is payable at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Bookings made less than two calendar months before your arrival date must be accompanied by the full amount.
