The Olde School House is the ultimate rental home. The original Yarmouth school house, was moved in the late 90's from it's original location on Route 28 to it's current location in West Yarmouth, and totally renovated into an executive luxury home. This home is over 4,500 sq ft situated on over one-half acre of park like grounds. The ceilings are 11ft high, the bedrooms are very large and five of the seven baths have two person jacuzzi tubs. The dining room table comfortably seats 20. The gourmet kitchen is fully equiped and has a new professional stove. The Olde Scool House has two central air systems, a full playground, a horse shoe court, a gazebo in a quiet corner of the property, large second floor deck, and a large private hot tub.

It was the original Yarmouth School House, then the Yarmouth Library, then it was moved two lots over to it's currently location and completely restored/converted to a luxury large home. All bedrooms are very large. All seven bedrooms have their own private bath. The five upstairs baths are very large and have jacuzzi tubs. This home has two central air systems, a large gourmet kitchen, two refrigerators, a professional stove with large oven, plus a wall oven. The grounds are park like, with gardens, full playground, gazebo, sandbox, horseshoe court, and large private hot tub under the upstairs deck. Full linens, but beach towels and beach chairs are included. Numerous list of amenities provided upon request. | ||||
