Located in the much sought after Crystal Beach subdivision, this magnificent rental home awaits you to fulfill all of your vacation desires. With over 3300 square feet of living space and not one detail overlooked you will feel like you have stepped out of Reality and into your dream vacation.

Just over a block to the magnificent sugar white sand beaches where you can spend a lazy day basking in the sun or playing in the Emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Alternatively you can lounge around your private 26'X13' ft swimming pool and play, or simply catch up on your reading on one of the many balconies that this home boasts.

Our rental home is truly a place that you will want to return to year after year! Whether you are a large family or several families this home can accommodate all.

Bedding: First Floor, 1 Queen, 1 Full.
             Second Floor, 1 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Trundle Bed.

             Third Floor, 3 Bunk Beds, 1 Sleep Sofa.

Rental Rates for Vacation Rental House in Destin, Florida

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Policies
11% Tax.
 
There is also a $600.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded within seven days after check out).
 
Heat Pool: $250-$300 per week.
 
In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request.

We accept Personal Checks  (up to 30 days before check in) Cashiers Check, Travelers Check, Money Order, Credit Cards Accepted Through PayPal (3.5% fee)
 
Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day. If balance has not been paid before the 30 day period then reservation will be considered cancelled, home will be re-rented and all prior monies paid will be forfeited.
 
A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in. Also, cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant refund of any rental and tax money sent, as well as some other "odd, natural occurrence" or "Act of God" happens that might interrupt your vacation plans. If a Mandatory Evacuation order is given due to a possible hurricane, refunds will only be given by your Travel Protection policy/agent, but you must have purchased coverage before the storm was identified and/or named (check internet for travel protection agencies).

We strongly recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, not only from hurricanes, but other problems that may affect your vacation plans. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE COVERAGE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

WRITTEN NOTICE, SENT BY USPS, REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION AND MUST BE POSTMARKED BEFORE THE 30 DAY MARK.
