One bedroom with a King size bed, living room (with a pull out couch), fully upgraded kitchen with all new appliances purchased in Spring 2009, bathroom, wash/drier unit in the garage. The property is actually two separate units. Lower unit flat is single story no steps. The apartment/flat is rented as a vacation rental by owner. This 1927 house is a classic Marina-style home. Ideal for professional who needs comfortable, quiet, clean place in prime San Francisco location. The apartment is located 1 short block to the bay/Marina Green/Yacht Harbor, 3 blocks to the Palace of Fine Arts. The Marina district is a very desirable neighborhood in San Francisco.

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
- Taxes and County fees are included in base rates.
- $140/night Sunday – Thursday and $180/nt for Friday and Saturday. A full week (seven nights) is $950/week. Holiday period five night minimum. $3,150/month for periods up to 120 days months. $2,100/month for rental periods beyond 120 days. Unit is available for rent year round. Basic utilities are covered. Extra $100.00 added for all major holiday dates to daily rate. Higher during American Cup period. $25 Extra person fee beyond 2 people. $300.00 Security Deposit is required and is refunded if no damage.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required forty-five (45) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of rent is due ten days before your arrival date. A contract is required to be received and signed before arrival. Once payment and the agreement are received the security door code combination will be provided to you. - A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (24) days of departure, provided nothing is taken or damaged.
Check-In time is after 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out is 11:00 a.m. Early Check-in or late check-out can be arranged if requested.
This is a Non Smoking unit.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
