Kihei is centrally located on Maui and a quick 8 miles from Kahalui Airport. From Kihei, you can reach famous Wailea with a short drive to the South and Lahaina in about 20 minutes. the Beaches in this area are fantastic and some of the world's best. One advantage of Kihei is that it is sunnier than other parts of the Island, but cooled with pleasant trade winds almost every afternoon. Our condo is on the 4th floor of a six story building which is directly on the oceanfront and bordering an ancient Hawaiian fish pond which is being restored to its original form. Since the water is warm and calm here, it makes for great swimming or playing with kids, or use the pool for a freshwater dunk. If you don't wish to cook, a short drive brings a broad selection of Sushi, Thai, Seafood and other restaurants. Groceries are 1 mile away. Walk for miles on beaches to the north and south from your doorstep.
