Welcome to Villa Linton our 5 bed/ 3 bath home with private pool and spa.
Our ground floor comprises of -
TV Lounge with 2 large comfortable leather sofas, Cable TV, DVD player with a selection of films, Playstation 2 with games, glass top coffee table & side tables(toughend safety glass) and telephone. Sliding doors lead to the covered lanai & pool area*.
Formal dining area with glass table and seating for 6.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker & toaster.
Family sitting room with 2 large sofas, side tables, CD player and bookcase with a selection of books. Sliding doors lead to pool area*.
Bedroom with Queen size bed and nightstands, TV/DVD combi, walk in closet, clock radio alarm and en suite bathroom.
Games room with foosball table, air hockey table, hoops game and Playstation 1 with selection of games.
Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
First floor comprises of-
Master bedroom with King size bed, dresser, nightstands, Cable TV, clock radio alarm, walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
1 Queen room and 2 twin rooms themed with children in mind - Scooby doo room with Mystery machine bed & giant scooby, Mickey & Minnie and Winnie the Pooh. These rooms have twin/Queen beds, nightstands and/or dresser and walk in closets.
House bathroom with bath/shower, wc & wash basin.
Pool & deck area -
Large south facing pool(heating optional at extra cost), in ground spa, large deck area with sunloungers and chairs, covered lanai with table & chairs for outdoor dining.
As you would expect the house is fully air conditioned and all linens, towels (including pool towels), crockery & cutlery are provided. We also have shatterproof dining ware for the pool area.
We also provide free, use of a travel cot, high chair, stair gate and stroller.
Free wireless high speed internet access is available for those wishing to bring their laptop.
All rooms including games room and lanai have ceiling fans for added comfort.
A safe is provided for your valuables.
*All doors are alarmed for safety and the doors to the pool area have safety fences installed.

A small, quiet gated community of around 50 private homes, located just off US192 and near to Medieval Times. US192 has a large number of shops, restaurants and attractions, of which some are within walking distance.
As a community, The Hamlets offers a quick route to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld; via the less busy SR535. En route, there is also the Lake Buena Vista and Premium Shopping Outlets - favourites for bargain hunters.
Carry on a little further past Seaworld for International Drive (and the Orange County Convention center). International Drive offers an array of restaurants, shops, attractions and outlets. Back door routes to The Loop and many of the lesser known area attractions make The Hamlets an excellent all round location to stay when visiting the area.
