Split bdrm design offers 2 king bdrms with complete privacy for 2 couples or is perfect for 2 families with 2 extra bedrooms for the kids. Why stay in a cramped condo and share a pool with strangers when you can have the privacy and convenience of your own home & pool. All new furniture, fully equipped kitchen with Granite and Stainless, separate utility room with full size W/D, Gas Grill, 2 car garage with key pad entry so everyone can come and go without keys. Great Room has 37 inch LCD HDTV, DVD,stereo CD shelf system. For children's safety, house has alarms on all doors and windows leading to pool deck + extra deadbolt up high.
House is approximately 1500 feet from beach, private access shown in picture. You can walk to beach or drive 0.2 mile east to beach parking near Pompano Joe's & beach restrooms. Close to everything in Destin, Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, restaurants & Marina.
