Located 1 and half blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to all the nice restaurants and shops that are along Washington Blvd.. Walk or bike to everything!! An easy drive to all Southern California destinations. Situated in a very upscale neighborhood in the Marina Del Rey by the beach. This meticulously maintained beach duplex home has everything..Great new kitchen with Higher-End appliances, open floor plan, and beautiful granite counters..There is a romantic fireplace in the living room, wood floors throughout, and a private balcony off of the living room and master bedroom.
