Our all inclusive pricing reserves a private stay at Sierra Ranch Retreat where you will be able to enjoy our estate and all its fine offerings in a completely intimate atmosphere. We never book multiple groups at the same time to guarantee that your stay will be a private affair to remember filled with once in a life time adventures!
Quiet Package
The Quiet Package is for those who wish to come and simply enjoy the Sierra Ranch estate. Pricing includes accommodations, 1 freshly prepared heat and serve gourmet meal, a fully stocked kitchen with groceries of your choice, all on site non guided activities, concierge and transportation from the airport. If you wish to arrange a guided adventure or have our chef prepare additional gourmet meals please call for pricing and arrangements.

Terms and Conditions
Rates and Reservations
- All rates are based on a per person, per night basis and include concierge and airport transportation. This rate also includes adventure activities equipment such as mountain bikes, canoes, fishing poles, etc.
- A 20% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A 50% reservation deposit is required for the following holiday’s; Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day and 4th of July.
- A 10% or $5,000, (which ever is greater) refundable cleaning deposit will be required prior to check in, preferably secured with credit card.
- Guests may arrive and depart at their leisure any time.
- A 15% resort fee covers all lodging services.
Payments
- For deposits and final payments we accept personal check, travelers check or wire transfers.
- Local phone calls are complimentary.
- Reasonable long distance calls are complimentary, excessive use will be charged to your credit card after departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations that occur prior to 30 days, your deposited amount will be credited to a future visit
- Cancellations that occur less than 30 days will forfeit the deposited amount
- Cancellations that occur on a fully paid booking less than 30 days will be credited to a future visit
- Cancellations during peak season or Holiday’s prior to 60 days 20% of deposited amount will be credited to a future visit
