Additional Information About Rental Rates:
- $2,500-3,500 per Week for entire property. Two bedroom rates also available.
- Terms of Rental:
• $1,000.00 security & reservation deposit required to reserve your desired vacation dates.
• Full amount of Rental Contract amount due between 60 - 90 days prior to occupancy.
• Rentals are weekly from 3pm Saturday - 10am Saturday. Credit Cards accepted.
• Cleaning Charge ranges from $100 to $200 depending on occupancy level.
• Pets Allowed – Please inquire. Pet Deposit required.
High Season $2,850 - $3,500
Off Season $2,450 - $2,900 - Four Bedroom Rates From $2,450 - $3,900 depending on rental season.
