That includes all linens, towels and the dishes must be clean, before checking out. Other Policies: Security keys, replacement and cleaning deposit of $100.00 is due upon booking reservation. It will be refunded upon the return of the keys, no missing or broken items and that the condo is left clean and in the same condition as it was when first rented.
