This four bedroom (two overlooking gardens and pool), three full bath, exquisitely furnished house with gourmet kitchen, is in the heart of Ft Lauderdale. It is located just 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Dolphins Stadium. Lush, colorful, tropical foliage surrounds the property. The friendly neighborhood is quiet and safe.
The house sleeps up to 10 people and has a large, extremely private heated pool. It boasts a huge great room with large screen TV complete with all-movie channels and a CD/DVD player as well as a fully furnished and functional office containing a desktop computer with high-speed internet connection, fax and printer. Outdoor dining is easy due to the large gas grille.
Fashionable Las Olas Boulevard and its restaurants, galleries and stores are only ten minutes away.

- $275 - $350/night; $1925 - $2450/week (Inquire about long term rates)
- 5% County Tax & 6% Florida Tax are included in rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations are not considered accepted until 'RENTAL AGREEMENT' is signed by guest. Reservations are not considered confirmed until a credit card is approved.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is due through Mastercard or VISA credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due through Mastercard or VISA credit card the morning of the check-in day.
Security Deposit
$1000 through MasterCard or VISA credit card is due the morning of the check-in day for stays of seven (7) nights or more. For stays of four (4), five (5) and six (6) nights, Security Deposit of $500 is due through Mastercard or VISA credit card at the time of reservation, $500 balance is due the morning of check-in.
Security Deposit will be refunded by mail within 5 days after departure if there is no damage or loss to the property beyond normal wear & tear.
Cancellation Policy
A min 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit.There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared.If the same party makes another reservation within 60 days of their cancellation, the forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures & no-shows.
- General Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody’s health, there is no smoking in the house. We suggest that guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in & check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates.
Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, incl children. With respect for our neighbors, our property is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature adults & families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing. We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups,or bachelor(ette) parties. No noise outside after 10 p.m.
