Spectacular unobstructed views in a 'True' OCEANFRONT cottage DIRECTLY on quiet, family friendly beach with no public access. Deck steps go right ontoTopsail's best white sandy beach.

Our charming cottage is decorated in Bahama Island style. Both levels of home have living rooms, kitchens,TVs(4)/DVD PLAYERS, GAMES/BOOKS. Local phone.
Enjoy ourbOceanfront SHADED SCREENED PORCH(a rarity) PLUS open deck, both with table, chairs & umbrella. Outside shower and hose on deck too.

Long driveway set back from street with plenty of off street parking for cars or boat/skis.

A Beach Escape" cottage is highly recommended for those who want the convenience of a private oceanfront home with splendid views at a great reasonable price.

During SUMMER home rents as a 5 bedroom cottage only. Great for family reunions and sets of families or friends, particularly those wanting to use the overflow 2 bedroom guest apartment for extra privacy.

OFF SEASON: Mid Aug to mid MAY: the home with 3 bedrooms, screened porch & deck can be rented without the guest apartment which is kept closed. This is an VERY AFFORDABLE getaway for a couple or two, or small families and friends.

Every thing you sent us was right on the money. We love your Beach Escape!! Being ocean front with its own private deck & beach access makes it so easy to 'hang out,' and not worry about our 'stuff' being bothered. You are the most pleasant 'hosts' I've ever dealt with. You both make us feel so comfortable and at home. I could do a live commercial for your wonderful 'get away.' My family has been going to Topsail for many years and we were so glad to have recently found this hidden treasure. Thank you John and Mary Ann for your great place, it is truly a treasure.
