Our charming holiday rental is a 70sqm 2 bedroom duplex - maisonnette style - rated 3 stars, with balcony and barbecue. Located in the famous district of Anglet Monbrun at 5 minutes from beaches (2,5km) and 300m from the Chiberta Forest (cycle paths, children playground and fitness trail), you will spend a nice time of comfort, quiet and relaxation within a very bright setting (South West oriented) - Sleeps : 4 people, a family or 2 couples.
- 2 separate bedrooms. On the ground floor : 1 double bed. Upstairs : 1 double bed and 1 single bed (baby cot and high chair available).
- Open plan fully equipped kitchen
- A living room with LCD television, DVD player and hi-fi system.
- Bathroom with toilets, bathtub, shower and washing machine.

RENTAL
- Weekly rental : from Saturday to Saturday
- Nightly rental : except during July and August - 3 nights minimum
- Monthly rental : please contact me
- Security deposit : 750 euros in cash (against receipt) upon handling of the keys
Additional Information About Rental Rates:
- Payment in euros only.
- Payment by bank transfer only.
- A deposit of 33% of the total cost is required within 10 business days from the day of booking to confirm.
- For late booking within 42 days (6 weeks) of arrival date, full payment is requested at the time of booking.
- The payment balance is due 42 days prior to arrival.
- A rental contract in English will be sent to you to be signed and returned.
- Security deposit : 750 euros in cash against receipt, upon handling of the keys
