Additional Information About Rental Rates:
For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact me so I can inform you of availability. To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit when making the booking and a refundable security deposit of £200GB pounds is payable on your final balance. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This is refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Unlimited Internet access is only £3GB per day.
