Additional Information About Rental Rates:
The villa check in time is after 3-30pm - check out by 10-30am.
Deposit is required of 300 to secure the booking. This deposit is held against damage/breakages & returned after villa checked on departure, beyond normal wear & tear.
The rental fee is to be paid 9 weeks before the first day of rental
No smoking inside the villa. No pets allowed.
On departure all crockery/silver ware to be returned clean to cupboards, beds stripped, used towelsplaced in laundry room, start laundry.
All debris, rubbish to be placed in bins provided.
