Description of the Biddeford Pool vacation Beach House Rental 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps

Spend mornings on the sun drenched deck enjoying breath-taking ocean views. Then head just up the drive way to enjoy a beautiful and secluded beach. After a day at the beach retreat the to the screened in portion of the deck for dinner. Finish the day off on the large comfy couches playing games with the family or watching a movie.

This cozy cottage lays just a short drive from beautiful and historic Kennebunk Port. Here you will find a variety of shops and restaurants to suit any taste.

Vacationers here will also find themselves short drives from several great area golf courses including the stunning Dunegrass Country Club, rated top 10 in New England.

A wonderful place for the whole family, even your furry friends!

Pet Policy

Pets cost an additional $100 per week.

 No pets larger than 50 lbs. 

 


Cancellation Policy

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

The nearby city of Portland and its historic Old Port district are a quick 30 minutes up i95 and have some of the best bars and restaurants in New England. Come here for fresh sea food and lively nightlife as well as some great shops.
