Our Villa is privately owned and has the high standards that you expect when you go on holiday.
Its ideal location next to a lake and its close proximity to Disney means that every guest will enjoy the comfort and convenience of this luxury home and make your holiday an experience to remember.
Our home is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in a family home, which includes all crockery, cutlery, linens, towels, Flat screen TV, DVD,Hi Fi, iPod docking staiton, WiFi, and most importantly, Air Conditioning.
Living Area
Two open plan living areas on the ground floor with a large Flat Screen TV (with its own iPod dock), wireless internet, dvd player and VCR. Large plush sofas make it ideal for relaxing after a hectic day in the the theme parks or shopping malls.
In view of its close proximity to Disney why not return home for a dip and a rest before returning for more theme park fun. From the parks you can get in your car and be in the pool within 15 minutes.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is in between the two living areas and is also open plan so you will never miss the action whilst preparing food and drinks. It features a large fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, grill and plenty of pots, pans, silverware, mugs and glasses.
Dining Area
There are 2 dining areas, one is a more formal dining area to the left of the kitchen with a large wooden table and chairs and the other is the casual dining area to the right of the kitchen which overlooks the swimming pool.
Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms. The master suite is on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. There is a further half bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedded room. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath / shower and vanity unit.
Pool Deck Area
The pool area has a lake to the side and it is a very quiet area. It has an outdoor eating area and sun loungers.
Amenities
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board so you can go home with clean clothes!

There is so much to do in Orlando and the surrounding areas; here are just a few ideas:
For those of you looking for fun and excitement why not try the four theme parks of Walt Disney World. They are less than a 10 minute drive from the house and offer ours of fun, shows, and spectacular fireworks.
SeaWorld Orlando is approximately a 15 minute drive from the house and is home to the world famous "Shamu" the killer whale. Here you can see a multitude of marine mammals, and a whole host of animals. The Shamu Believe and Shamu Rocks are 2 exciting shows which are not to be missed.
There are the 2 theme parks from Universal which will keeps the kids (and big kids) entertained, showing everything from film and television and dramatic stunt shows.
For those who like things a little wetter, there are many waterparks. Some like Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach may be included in your Disney Park admission and there are others like Wet n Wild which are also not to be missed.
What if you prefer something quieter? Try Bok Tower Gardens where its serenity will only be broken with it's magical bell ringing. http://www.boktowergardens.org/
Another day out we love is Harry P. Leu Gardens. Explore an amazing 50 acre botanical oasis. The Leu House Museum reveals turn of the century living for the families who once called this home. http://www.leugardens.org/
Do not miss downtown Winter Park and go on a leisurely guided boat ride on Lake Osceola where the magnificent celebrity homes will be pointed out to you. http://scenicboattours.com/home.htm
Both of the coasts are less than an hours drive from the house and it is a lovely drive out. To the west we suggest you try Clearwater Beach, Anna Maria Island , Longboat Key, and St Armand's Circle at St. Armands Key http://www.starmandscircleassoc.com/
To the east visit the Nation's oldest City, St Augustine http://www.oldcity.com/ . It is incredibly quaint.
We are happy to give you as many suggestions as you like, however we do recommend reading the guest book when you are inside the villa as this will give you the feedback from many of our previous guests.
There are so many restaurants to choose from during your stay and genrally the food is very consistent. In our guest book inside the villa you will find that previous guests have made some suggestions. In general a two course meal (with soft drinks) will cost you around $ 50 (approximately £ 35). Your servers are on a low wage and rely heavily on tips. Most restaurants recommend tipping 15 - 20%. This may seem high in comparison to the UK, however all soft drinks are free re-fills (in most locations) and the service is generally excellent.
Restaurants which we have tried and have received excellent service, good quality food and around the $ 50 for 2 adults and also which are very close to the villa and the theme parks on US Highway 192 are: Outback (steak, seafood and pasta) , Pizza Hut (similar menu to UK), TGI Friday's (steak, seafood, pasta, healthy options), Cici's Pizza (pizza, pasta, salad buffet - Some of the best Pizza and Pasta tasted in Florida), The Olive Garden for all tastes and The Longhorn Steak House for more wonderful steaks.
There are many restaurants offering breakfast buffets (all you care to eat) which are a great way to start your day. Many of these start from $ 4.99 (approximately £ 3), this price does not include drinks. There is only one to our knowledge which does include drinks and that is Golden Coral which is $ 7.99 (approximately £ 5) and includes all drinks and re-fills. In our opinion, Golden Coral offers the best quality of food, the cleanest venue and the most choice.
